Lets us have maps where there are no vehicles
Using server browser or whatever. Its so boring to play against a team that has 4 helicopters and 4 tanks. some of just want to have infantry fights or at least less have vehicles

@ReinAtreides_SG portal would be able to fix that if they allowed full progression
You can definitely make servers without vehicles in Portal as it stands right now.
