I thought that I'd be able to earn all the things that were in the trailer such as the cool red mask and the white operator outfits. But no.From this hyped up trailer featured event the only things that you can earn are a player card, a weapon skin which dice developers definitely didn't use the paint bucket tool to create it and definitely doesn't look like other weapon skins we already have, an operator skin for an operator that barely anyone uses, and a tank skin. And that's it.DICE and EA actually expect people to pay more than $10 for some headgear and outfits that (yes may be bought in a bundle but) in actual fact should be earnable throughout this event if DICE actually wants to earn back the lost player base of this poorly developed game. What a disappointment and absolute waste of an event.Ribbons. thats all you do to earn the "rewards". Earn ribbons. How creative.

Liquidators is a mid-season event. In-game cosmetics are par for the course in today's age and a failure to understand this as something that drives revenue boggles the mind.I'm looking forward to small-team tactical gameplay in 2042, finally, and nothing's going to ruin that for me. Not even the full briefing posted days ago that outlined what items will be available upon completion of challenges and what will be available for purchase. Unhappiness with the state of the game, besides being another conversation altogether, requires the comprehensive presentation of constructive criticism. Keep at it! This may not be the game we want, but it's surely what we paid for. I swear the BF franchise has the most geriatric and out of touch player base in all of gaming currently. Have you not played other “live service” games with limited time events? They usually just reuse maps already in the game. They may or may not change the weather or ambience. They might slightly change the game mode to something different and may limited which weapons you can use. Skins are bought with in game currency and a few are given for free. See Apex Legends or Rainbow 6 as examples. I’d bet Valorant and Overwatch are like this, but I’ve never played those. Honestly we should consider ourselves lucky they didn’t decide to lootboxify the skins.

Its not something new, it was already implented in BF4, small conquest with 3 points and decreased time to capture.
Its literally old mode with cosmetics buff which now looks like call of duty trash game lol

@LancySchemer I played it twice. And that's enough.

The "Portal game mode" is terrible. It results in one team just getting spawn camped. Even through the use of smokes etc, it makes no difference because the choke points are so easily defended.

Grinding this event is not even worth it as the "skins" are just terrible.

When they said there would be "story" events in Hazard Zone before the game launched, this was not what I had in mind, even if Hazard Zone failed.

Creating an event around just infantry gameplay is boring as hell for those that want the definitive BF experience. If you want to create an event for infantry only, then bring maps that are actually designed for infantry only, i.e Operation Metro, Operation Locker. Where are these Portal maps?

True, but if you want to unlock everything on day 1 you have to dish out money for currency to unlock most of the characters.
