Lis TGM does not need any buff. She serves the role she has been given perfectly, which is to kill attack helos -- nightbirds, stealths, and hokums. Her TGM has to be weaker against other armored targets because otherwise there would be zero reason to pick another engineer and use one of the unguided rocket launchers. M5/RPG is what you should be picking if you want to do strong damage to armor.
Skill issue.
Liz can one-shot players without line of sight. That is an incredibly powerful capability.
If you use her with the Railgun or NTW-50, she is pretty powerful against all vehicles, aircraft, and infantry.
I am not a fan of infantry, but if I play as an infantryman, I always take a fox. my main focus is always on the sky, hunting for fighter jets and helicopters. I only attack ground equipment that is damaged in order to destroy it for sure with 2x G-84. Of all the above in the infantry game for the FOX, I do not see it as a weakness. This is the strongest specialist in the game and you definitely don’t need to buff her.
