Lis nerf - why, when, and what?

I'm still speechless as to why there would be an adjustment to liz.
As a Liz player and only Liz for the last 10 months, almost a year. I can tell you right now Liz is perfect the way she is. It's the other engineers that are not on her level. It requires a lot of skill to use her, at first I wasn't good. Even hitting tanks is tough to hit if your pinned down in awkward spots.
Another disadvantage of Lizs' missile is at close range. There's a delay in going into the camera The rockets are a lot slower and clunky to use then the M5 recoiless. I've aimed for helicopter about 10 m from me and I missed. People think just because you can control her rocket makes her really powerful and great. Which is simply not true. It's easier too to use the M5 recoiless and rpg. I don't see how they can nerf her anymore, but hey this is EA and Dice they find ways to nerf anything even that doesn't require nerfing.

@D-Man3847 yeah your argument kind of falls apart whenever I see 3 liz missiles flung at my tank from god knows where with my only counter lasting 8s... sure I can try and shoot them down but at the latest after the first is shot down they go into cruise missile mode and divebomb the tank from above... much fun very balanced 10/10 would demand a refund again

Wow, only 3 Liz missiles flung at once at you? Your lucky. Try about 6 for me, not even including the lock on from the air and ground. Sounds more like good ol' fashion teamwork trying to take the player down. I love when I'm in the TOR and it seems like I have half the other team trying to take me down. It takes a lot of fuel to do a nose dive with her rocket. But, still balanced.
Just to point out too your talking about your negative experiences while in tanks against Liz. Yet, the devs are talking about making her less air focused. Which I assume would also mean to make her more ground focused. So, now your going to have a harder time in a tank going against Liz. Just sayn.
It sounds like your just getting fustrated at the game by demanding a refund, instead of finding solutions. The solution is not to nerf Liz, rather to develop a better playing style and attitude. Liz is purrfectly fine, there's a bunch of other stuff that is unbalanced that puts her in the spotlight.
DI can think of a few things that need nerfing, LIS is not one of them.

Why use a stinger when you can just use the super overpowered anti tank missile with infinite ammo and tv capabilities?
If it was for me I would remove it entirely from infantry and add it as a vehicle weapon.
And then buff the crap out of it.
Heli with TV is nothing new we already had that in BF4 and it was well balanced.
Having 20 guys blasting helis with rocket launchers is not.
