Lis's missile is too weak.I try to counter the good pilots that are wreaking havoc with the choppers, but the missile from Lis does only 20 damage!!!So it means i have to hit the same heli 5 times to bring it down.By the point i hit the first missile, the heli circles around and destroys me before i have the chance to even reload the second missile.Please increase the damage of the rocket or even make it 1 shot for helis.Lis is useless for me in this state, i just pick Rao hack and fire AA missile to get rid of the chopper with 2 shots.

The standard damage should be higher against non-armor vehicles and aircraft. Probably +5 from where it is at now. Also, if it self detonates within a certain proximity to the target, there should be some residual splash damage.

If the TGS is supposed to counter the helis, they really need to increase its fuel reserves so that it is more likely to reach more distant targets and to have a second chance to hit a less distant target.When it comes to ground vehicles I have mixed feelings.A single Liz will not take down a 100% tank. But several Liz players will give tanks nightmares.

BF-games have always had pretty weak AA/Anti-armor rockets/missiles.But this is a matter of balance and vehicles would be impossible to play if the anti-vehicle weapons are buffed.Combined warfare, while a stable of BF, is very hard to get right, and I would say that Dice have never gotten the balance of vehicles vs. infantry right.But in 2042 things are just really bad at the moment, the air-vehicles are too effective against infantry while being too "tanky" (Condor/Hind).

@OskooI_007 Last time I used it I seem to remember it doing 20 damage to an LATV. I know it's not a tank but think it'd be the same.

Complains are
the rocket does too much damage to Infantry
shooting Infantry with a rocket is unfair
Tanks are worthless now, because Lis can shoot them without a direct line of sight

It's 20 points of damage, which is pretty pathetic given how fiddly it can be to hit some targets. I was using this to get the recent weekly challenge of vehicle damage, in the end it was quicker to use mines.

@kregora the wall hack thing should go away, has no place in BF. even without it it isn't hard to hit tanks and such. i bring up the big map and look for vehicles, align my character and fire up in the air and do a top down attack. works pretty well (other than the fact that the missiles don't do much)

@UP_Hawxxeye This has always been the issue with vehicles.

Even in BF1 where tanks where much stronger (compared to 2042) if just a few assaults worked together the tank would be destroyed in seconds.

With 128 players and now specialists that have rocket launchers, Dice has made balancing way more difficult.

Dice couldn't really balance things well in earlier titles, with fewer 'variables'. 2042 will probably be one long ongoing nerf/buff/nerf/buff story.

@Adamonic Indeed, should be some splash from self-detonating the missile. Doesn't need to be full damage but something would be nice.
