Loadout and operators
Is there a way to attach an specific operator to a loadout? I'd really enjoy changing operator instataneously according to my loadout

The best you could do would be to make a custom loadout that corresponds to each specialist you wish to play as and name the loadouts to reflect this.
An example would be you name the default four loadouts to something like Angel, Falck, Sundance, Boris, and then add 4 more and name them - Irish, Dozer, Mackay, Rao.
You can only have 8 load outs as far as I am aware so you wouldn't be able to have a different load out for every specialist.
You would still need to select both the specialist and the loadout, but it would save you having to select the weapons and gadgets for that specialist each time.
I would delete all the specialists, and go back to the old class system. I’d take all the gadgets and hand them out to specific classes as well. Who knows, maybe I’ll get freaky and add a new class! Nothing like fighting beside your 100 twins… it’s like we’re in the star wars clone wars.
