Longer delay on standard grenades

@Flommingsen When I do the effort to keep the grenade in the air as long as I could, by maybe bouncing them off a wall, I don't want it to lie on the ground longer so that anyone can throw it back.
- @kregora Yeah i understand that, it's a good thing to do, i just think it's a shame, that the feature is there, but you rarely have the chance to use it properly...
- @Flommingsen I don't think it is working as it used to. I frequently throw back grenades, but that only saves my behind and kills some team members instead. So yeah, the feature is there, but after about 16 months I am too tired to report these kind of issues anymore.
