Could be a hitbox damage bug. They fixed one in 1.2 with Lis missle only doing 1% dmg if you hit the back of a T90MBT. Its certainly possible there are more like this lurking.
It could also be the tank driver repaired before you fired off the last rocket and your client hasn't received the updated health of the enemy vehicle.
@DigitalHype What is most annoying, that we don't have a clue if it is a bug or just a stupid design.
