Use of macros is a violation of section 6 in EA's TOS agreement and is a bannable offense. That being said, I have never seen EA enforce this and ban anybody over it. Even with video evidence and an on camera confession.

- Use or distribute unauthorized software programs or tools (such as "auto", "macro", hack or cheat software), or use exploits, bugs or problems in an EA Service to gain unfair advantage.
