Make SOFLAM work on stealth Helis even if in stealth mode!

An infantry soldier HAS to have a viable countermeasure against any vehicle and the fact that those damn stealth Helis are untouchable without you having a chance to react is just poor game design. A...

@9mgebypzbisz The SOFLAM definitely needs a buff. If the Hannibal or Huron Stealth Heli is within a certain range, say "laser designation range", then the SOFLAM should absolutely be able to provide a direct lock on, definitely not at its normal ranges but it should still be possible when the Stealth Heli is closer to the SOFLAM.
