Make SOFLAM work on stealth Helis even if in stealth mode!

@9mgebypzbisz No, this invalidates the stealth mode. It's usefulness is severely limited in stealth mode. A pilot flying around only in stealth isn't doing much to change the match.

    @SleepyWeasel68 the pilot can only use bombs which are pretty effective in a small area but have a long reload speed. The gunner can attack with their minigun but it's range is very limited

        @SleepyWeasel68 Ok, should nobody be able to kill you? You know people can throw a grenade or shoot a gun at you while capping a point
