Make SOFLAM work on stealth Helis even if in stealth mode!

@9mgebypzbisz No, this invalidates the stealth mode. It's usefulness is severely limited in stealth mode. A pilot flying around only in stealth isn't doing much to change the match.

@SpudBug Agreed, whenever I see just flying high in the air in Stealth I don’t even care. The Little Bird is more effective then those new Helis. The lil Bird/ Nightbird is my go to every time.
