Make SOFLAM work on stealth Helis even if in stealth mode!

"infy has to have counters" meanwhile Rao is absolutely OP right now lol. Also this will solve nothing, the real issue is the 30mm.

@xpaydayx People keep throwing around the word OP and then situations like the Little Bird happens where the Heli can't even land properly without falling over. The 30mm Cannon is NOT OP, it needs a minor overheat nerf so that it's overheat speed is in line with its 50.cal guns. So many other things also need minor nerfs or buffs, this does not make something "OP", because the word "OP" often brings with it more than harsh ramifications. Furthermore, you're feeling the affects of a "Trophic Cascade".
