Make SOFLAM work on stealth Helis even if in stealth mode!

i think the stealth helo should have to choose between flares or stealth in loadout

I've played numerous games where the pilot flies back and forth dropping bombs with no fear of being shot down because stealth is always engaged. Dodging Lis's rocket is all to easy so they are in invincible. What a stupid vehicle design. The stealth ability should be timed like the counter measures so it can only be used occasionally.
