As YLP said, it is also possible that someone in your own team decided to put C5 or mines at you (or the location you drove over) for some reason.
It is not unheard off that someone is either wanting to grief their own team of has a friend on the other side with who they are working together.
Yes, there is always the chance that this is just some bug we never saw before, but without any additional repeats of this incident, it is more rational to look for the more simply reasons you exploded.

Until/unless further examples of this are forthcoming, I'm with most on here in that it was missed enemy or friendly explosives that are the issue here and not a 'bug'.
