Memorable moments in Zero Hour trailer

Let's for a moment just discuss new trailer. For better or worse DICE did the changes because they thought it was correct. Some will reverted, some not. But lets step aside from it just for a little bit.

What was THE thing you did notice first as "main"? What cought your attention the most? Maybe some WOW or WTH moment?

The trailer in case if you missed it.

 

For me it was on 1:09 laser is not misalligned but placed properly where it should be. It was irratating me this whole time and when I see it positioned correctly I can finally gain a small piece of inner peace.

But I give kudos to marketing team as they clearly know how to sell stuff. Even with that in mind trailer is IMO really nice and cool.

    I did not expected the overhaul on the HUD as far as lock on hardware is concerned. It was very welcome. Ingame now the aircraft can also see the incoming missiles with an icon over them. It is a lot more realistic and less barebones now.

    The Lis launcher was something that will be really interesting.
    It is basically a portable TV missile or a UCAV if anyone remembers them from BF4

    @LlamaWithKatana First thing I noticed was the lack of cover and concealment on the battlefield. Helicopter strafing over infantry on a flat part of yellow grassland.
  • There seem to be pretty clear advantages to using Sundance along the mountain/cliff face which is neat. The underground/indoor section has got me the most intrigued though, here's hoping it provides a little bit of everything like the old Metro/Locker maps

  • @LlamaWithKatana I enjoyed the crossbow kill while parachuting, it was a fun little moment. The changes to the HUD and lock-ons, like UP_Hawxxeye mentioned already, are nice too.

    Edit: Almost forgot about the part at the very end of the trailer - that was sweet.

    Geez, some people just want to complain. Wait until Thursday and play the map first.

    You can't have cover everywhere on the map. Most of the open spots are along the cliff [red circles]. There is cover on a good part of the top of the map [blue squares] (also pause @ 0:26).

    The orange circled area is hilly and has some trees. And it looks like you can avoid the whole top area by traversing underground [arrow] Image @ 1:09

    Specialist are still in the game?

    I had always thought they were gonna be like battlefield pickups ☹️

    I went to rewatch it and there are IMO plenty of highs and lows to hide + concrete structures to take cover. Anyway caling map bad before it even released is rather not my thing.

    @CloverDeuce You have some cover and concealment on Kaleidoscope as well, to me it looks like Exposure follow the exact same design paradigms.
