Missile re-locking
Flares should be a reliable counter to AA missiles, especially now that there's a possibility that 64 enemies can carry an AA launcher with 3 rockets each. Flares seem to do their job well, they make an incoming missile do that weird circle around you at lightspeed. The only problem is that once your lock-on immunity runs out after a few seconds, that missile can then lightspeed towards you again and cause you to get hit, combine that with another lock-on from the same or another player and helicopters especially have no counter-play for it.
I'm not sure if this is a bug or an intended feature, so I'm assuming it's intended as part of smart missiles.
