Missing contents

I purchased the Elite Edition of Battlefield 2042 on PS5. It shows as Elite Edition in my library, but none of the bonus content (Year 1 Pass, Midnight Bundle, Operator Skins, etc.) is available in-game or in my installed content. Only languages appear. I restored licenses and reinstalled, but nothing shows up.  What should I do? It's a bit frustrating to buy something and you don't get what you bought.
