1.ExitType 111 Invalid Image Hash 2. Failed to obtain Origin directory
Battlefield 2042 does not launch on PC due to EA AntiCheat kernel driver failing to load. The game shows the splash screen, EA AntiCheat service starts briefly, then crashes and stops. Windows Event Viewer reports: - EAAntiCheatService ExitType: 111 - Service Control Manager Event ID 7023 - STATUS_INVALID_IMAGE_HASH (%%4294901871) This is NOT a standard configuration issue. Secure Boot, TPM/fTPM, SVM, VBS, Core Isolation and Hyper-V have all been tested ON and OFF. Windows 11 is clean installed, BIOS and all drivers are up to date. Hardware: - AMD Ryzen 9 9600X (Zen 5) - Gigabyte B850M AORUS ELITE WIFI6E ICE (BIOS F7) - 64 GB DDR5 - RTX 2070 Super This appears to be an EA AntiCheat driver signature / Secure Boot CA compatibility issue. Please escalate this case to the EA AntiCheat engineering team. Before the EA AntiCheat service crashes with ExitType 111, the following error is logged: "EAAntiCheatService – Failed to obtain Origin directory" This happens during game launch while the splash screen is visible. The EA AntiCheat service starts, then immediately stops. EA App is installed cleanly in the default directory: C:\Program Files\Electronic Arts\EA Desktop\ Origin is not installed and no Origin registry entries remain. This indicates EA AntiCheat is failing to correctly detect the EA App installation path before the kernel driver load phase.
Twitch drops not showing up after claiming
my twitch acount is linked up and i did all the necessary steps to be able to collect my twitch drops but after claiming all 4 of them on twitch i only recieved 3 drops in my game. i am missing the first one wich was my favourite one . Feeling very sad about this :(

Ive had the game for about 2 weeks now and its completely unplayable. Huge time nudge issues where it feels like im running in slow motion and after tons of research on the internet, at least for me, the issue appears to be that I'm auto connected to the Santiago Chile Server when I'm in the US. If I do US servers in customs, the game works fine, however its absolutely Absurd that I spent $70 on this game and am limited to a tiny portion of the game and am at the mercy of hopefully finding an actual lobby in custom servers. I see zero acknowledgement from EA anywhere about this issue and on X I see a bunch of posts from Battlefield pretending like there are no problems with the game anymore. I'm on the verge of returning the game due to this unless there is some sort of quick fix to this MASSIVE issue
EA Play membership not being honoured
I have an EA Play membership, courtesy of XBox PC Game Pass. There are no problems with that service, I have played other games connected through that service with no issue. Battlefield 2042 however is giving me issues. When I load up EA App on PC, it does not recognise my active membership. I am treated as if I do not have a membership when trying to play Battlefield 2042. It says "trial expired, 0hrs remaining". Elsewhere in the same EA App though, it does show "current membership" in the table of differences between EA Play & EA Play Pro, indicating it knows I do have a membership. Also, my online account at ea.com shows my membership has been active since 2021. All 4 of these cases I've sought help on the same issue & gotten nowhere, just ended up wasting my time and being let down by how poor the EA customer support experience is. The two support staff who provided the most help were Ajit & Robin. Robin was the closest to getting my issue fixed, it seemed like they'd actually discovered what the cause was-- but were unable to do anything about it. Can someone with authority please please look into this issue & resolve whatever back-end problem is leaving BF2042 on my account in a state of limbo?Some maps are partial or not available in portal - conquest custom
Some maps are partial or not available in portal - conquest custom. Can you please make it so that we can make our custom conquest with all maps and all sizes of those maps. Now we can only make custom conquests with some maps and only small and medium. The BMP-2 and M3A3 Bradley are not available in portal conquest custom. Please update portal to have all the maps and all the vehicles
