Moderate XP and put back one game mode adjustments from season 4

@spiiff i agree too, it would be nice to be able to change the balancing of the teams without the game going straight from Moderate XP to Restricted XP then.

But sadly it's currently that way as soon as you enable PvP AI that you can't do any orher adjustments without it going straight to Restricted XP again.

So far no further infos if this will ever change. Sorry.
