It's not about me not liking it, its the levels of oppression it can put on a team with little to no counter play available. i think personally if you wanna make jetts stronger you need to let anything lock onto it from atleast 900 meters. if you have any other ideas what kind of counter play jetts have let me know. but as of right now even as bad as the jets are you still kinda can't die in one unless you kill yourself. they just escape any situation they can put themselves in. but thankfully in this title, they don't * insta kill you.
They crazy part about everything you just mentioned is that the jett can simply fly away unless there is another jett..... 128 possible stingers, but you fly so fast by infantry they only get to shoot 50% of the time but there is 0 chance of the follow up rocket after a flare, got a heli on you? fly away? see an aa tank? fly away? there is no AA cannon in the main base anymore so you don't even have to be worried about that. clearly, you haven't played battlefield 3 or 4 because i have played enough battlefield 3 to know that the second i get shot at by a jett, there is about a 90% chance im dead in the next 1.5 seconds. and in battlefield 4 which i have never played but watched enough on youtube, it looks worse... Jets do more damage and they can drop bombs on tanks which is super balanced btw. no wonder there is plenty of youtube game plays of people dropping easily 150+ kills and >>0<< deaths. because the most ironic part about your statement is that if all of these "counter measures" were actually viable and has significant impact why are there a metric * load of 150+ and 0 gameplays in jetts... but helicopters in almost every gameplay you see where they go 100+ and 0 the jett players don't know how to play properly or are not even in that map to begin with... because if anyone knew what they were doing they would get shut down instantly. if you think any of this is false information or me just being a salty * go play battlefield 3 yourself get in an attack helicopter and tell me how long it takes for you to get 1 strafed by any jett. The only players left in bf3 are legit gods so trust me it will probably be within the first 60 seconds of take off you get instantly deleted off the map, only to check the scoreboard and hes top dog on the enemy team. jetts need to be unusable for a very very valid reason because its just too hard to balance. unless you do what i said and make the lock on range for them like 1000
@KantusxSaying make the jets unusable automatically invalids your opinion, you don't want balance, youre just frustrated when a good jet player appears and starts killing you.
Second of all you definitely never play jets is not that easy like you say "just fly away" that is almost never the case.
The 150+ kills you see on matches are skilled people with vehicle, being skilled should not be punished by making vehicles completely useless like the jets right now.
False affirmation of yours is saying that helis don't stand a chance against jets, that's completely fake good heli pilots can easily TOW you or shoot the * out of you in an instant.
i have like 35 stars in a jett on battlefield 3 trust me once you get used to it, its really that easy plus you don't even have to run AA you run rocket pods intentionally so you can kill ground units because the mini gun is so broken once u know how to use it. flying away is really that simple unless a jett is on your *. you cleary were very horrible at air vehicles, it was about 70% of my time on the game inside a jet or heli and i can't tell you from experience its * BROKEN and should never be like that. plus if im being honest i don't really know how people enjoy it after you literally turbo stomp an entire lobby like 4-5 times. it just feels gross and you know your abusing something that once mastered is clearly just unfair. atleast helicopters took a lot more skill and TV missles were actually hard to land even for experienced players.
