mouse adds more bloom vs. controller

It seems to me..

that if you are using a mouse on pc more bloom or spread is present.

Can someone confirm this ?

I dont hav a controller but when I see youtubers play with a controller, I hav far more bloom with a mouse.

Also hitreg with a controller seems a lot better.

Maybe for balancing pc players vs console players?
