Mouse Input is still bugged and aim still feels janky on controller

Its a shame that console players can't use km and still have to deal with pc players.

Cant win in close quarters agaisnt a player using km in a FPS.

"Oh but the aim assist"

Tell me what aim assist allows you to do a 180° and still do a headshot.

@Kratos360Aurion Dude hate to break it to you, a PC player still has to turn and aim same as you do. They may have it better due to the mouse, but it doesn’t do anything for you. You talk like it’s easy. Set the DPI too high and you’ll blow past your target. Too low, and you won’t make the turn. Some guys are just really good.

    I'm not saying that it's something easy to do. I apologize if I wasn't clear. I'm saying that it's faster to do on a keyboard and mouse than on a controller, but it still requires skills.

    Also, I don't know how it is in your region, but where I live, 99% of matches end with a PC player on top of the scoreboard or having the most kills, unless it's a console player using vehicles. Maybe the really skilled players are all coincidentally using a keyboard and mouse (and unfortunately, they end up on the opposite team 😂).

    In my opinion, they should give console players the option to use a keyboard and mouse or implement input-based matchmaking.

      @Kratos360Aurion I completely agree with you that M&K support for consoles should be available. I’m amazed that it wasn’t available on day one. This is a AAA game and they don’t offer the most basic options. No joystick support at release, I think it was 9 or 10 months in it was added, but still doesn’t work for HOTAS sticks. I’m in the western North America region, and I see both consoles and PC players on top of the leader boards before recently moving to mostly crossplay off games. I did that because of the horrid crossplay on network experience. More lag, more inconsistent, getting shot 5’ around a corner, etc. I used to think it was aim assist giving consoles an edge over PC, but after reading posts by both sides of it in the forums I’ve come to the conclusion that it’s the crossplay itself causing the issue. Network compensation in 2042 is really darn bad. That’s not the fault of the players, that’s on Dice and EA. It’s really not fair to either community. None of us can judge if PC “hax” or aim assist too “gud” as long as the crossplay experience is what we have. We’re all gamers eh? Let’s hope they can get it figured out, add M&K support to help level the field, and we can get back to having fun.

        @ATFGunr Im frustrated with this game. My kd was close to 3 on previous BF games and now I cant even get to the middle of the scoreboard.
        Tryied everything you can say to improve in this game but nothing works.
        And I swear that if I screenshot every of my matches today and show it you would see a list of pc players doing 40+ kills and ending the match with mvp. I really love this game but Im tired of get into it just to get frustrated.
