Multikillers
I'm posting about this once again because this is absolutely a thing. This game assigns specific players to kill you multiple times. Every match, there are 3-4 players who will kill you no matter whe...
First, this game is not making it easier for certain players to kill you.
Second, let's for the sake of argument say that you are right. DICE actually created some sort of system that encourages a set of players - knowingly or unknowingly - to target you. And not only that but also gave those kill squads added buffs versus you. Why? Why you? Why are you special? Why do you believe that you are being persecuted? What might you have done? Perhaps Origin was snooping on your internet search history and found some searches worthy of punishment? Is it because of that one time you intentionally teamkilled XxxSniperAssassin420xxX in BF4 on Lancang Dam? Is it because you didn't recommend the game to enough of your friends?
Why?
The only thing I can think of is the game is putting the wrong player name on the player that killed you. Sometimes in the damage log, I am killed by Player 56 or something like that because it looks like the game assigns a player number to all players that is then referenced to the player listing by name.
Like others have said, record a video of this occurring, post online and reference here so we can see it.
I have had that happen a few times, but just considered it a coincidence. I was spawning back to an area that the same player is near, they are spawning on squadmates near me, and during the length of a round, you are bound to run into the same enemy player a few times naturally.
The other stuff with the shots is the terrible net code getting you.
Back in the days you were getting "Nemesis" ribbon for that lol
@Adamonic It appears too often to be a coincidence at this point. This has happened from at least BF4 days. Each match, 3-4 players. Instant kills, constantly finding you, frequently ignoring other players to specifically target you first. I had an enemy player yesterday I kept bumping into (about ten times) in different places, and each time I was trying to get them one of their snipers was trying to shoot me. No matter how many times I pulled back and teammates pushed up into the same line of sight, this sniper would not deviate from aiming at me. No shots fired from that sniper at my teammates running in clear view. Also happened earlier with a teammate in plain view, in the open, not being shot at by the same snipers shooting at me standing almost right beside them and moving around.
Again, why is this terrible netcode thing only ever a one way deal, and why is it always in their favour? This is the ping thing all over again. If I have high ping, I do not have advantage, I die. If netcode is preventing me hitting them (it wasn't, because there were markers and the counter went over 70 on an enemy whose health bar was clearly barely above 50hp), then netcode should also be preventing them. These same players are the ones nailing people with SMGs in two hits at 50m+, including the K30.

if it happens that often it shouldn't be an issue posting a video
@AngrySquid270 You tell me? Want to explain to me how these players, frequently below rank 80, seem to instantly know where I am at any given time? How do a handful of players out of 32 or 64 players always appear in the EXACT same locale, often back to back between respawns, sometimes hundreds of metres away from the last encounter moments earlier. Instead of being sarcastic, I'd like you to provide a good explanation for why this happens. I've told you what happens, and it happens in almost EVERY match. You explain it. You explain how dozens of other players can be killed with fair ease yet this one handful will sit there and tank any and all damage, and constantly appear near you, or run directly at you. Even in chaotic fights with fifteen people its somehow these exact same players who breeze through and shoot you.
