My account was wrongfully banned.

Hello, I am trying to appeal my ban because I believe the anti cheat system detected my Logitech software for my mouse as malicious and acted on it. I am so stressed because I have had my account since bf3. I have never hacked ever and never wanted to. In my appeal, they said we investigated and the decisions correctly but they haven't provide me with software that was used for the cheating*. I am asking them to provide me with a list of the software that was flagged as malicious. Is there any way I can call them and speak to them or a live chat? The correspondence is taking forever. Thank you

    You will need to go Here for information and appeal your ban. There's nothing the people on this board can do.

    Additionally you can request a dowload of your EA data this could provide more info on your ban.

    Same problem for me banned yesterday for no reason never cheated. No change in software or hardware over 1200 hours in BF 2042. I got an email today they investigate. It looks that happens to a lot of players right now. And I have a normal K/D some rounds I play minus some plus sometimes I have a good round wit for example 50:15 but never used any cheat software etc.

    Same here and they just refused my appeal.

    They haven't provided any evidence of my so called cheating.
    I sent a list of all software running on my system, links the the growing number of bans that have been posted here, and got nothing but an auto generated refusal of appeal.
