my battlefield 2042 is not working

my battlefield 2042 game saying I unlocked blasco tier 1 outfit but it say im at 2800 out of 8000 ane it not going up

i played pvp and it sill not going uo for me

      Could you try playing a different AOW or Portal Official Experience mode like Conquest or TDM and see if it is working.

        I tried all the game mode and it not going up
