My Update 3.3 Thoughts
"We have listened to you" they said... It's a joke!
• What happened with the scoreboard at the end of every round?
I think it would be nicer than see the pic of my squad showing useless information.
• What happened with squad management???
The only thing we can do is to change squads but we can't even decide which one to go. You still force us to play with silly campers causing a low performance squad and there is no way to get rid of them. Is so frustrating having on squad dumb players incapable to play as a team.
• Annoying bugs did not disappeared.
- There are several player characters that remain stand up after they were killed and that is confusing because we keep shooting at them distracting us from the ones that still alive.
- After leaving a vehicle is impossible to zoom the weapon and the only way to fix it is just redeploy or jump into enemy fire to get killed.
- Dead bodies remains stucked in whatever is around (walls, cars, buildings, boxes, rocks, plants, trees) and is impossible to revive them.
• FPS seemed to be a little better but after the second round the dream was over. Still with 30 or 40 fps.
• Still don't have small vehicles (like quads or motorbikes) to move from base when there is no place "near" objectives to deploy. Is ridiculous being running so open and long distances to never reach objectives because got killed by a sniper or heavy vehicle.
• What about map rotation? How it works?
Today I just played breakthrough: 4 Manifest, 2 Renewal and 3 Breakaway (some of them were already started and Orbital, Kaleidoscope and Discarded never showed up). The thing is that ALL of them were from the attacking side. I stopped playing because I got bored.
I play every night about 3 or 4 hours with rounds that last between 15 or 30 minutes each and every time I can never play more than 2 or 3 maps (4 if I'm lucky).
• Have you consider to give us a server browser like all BF series had?
You should because your random system is limited and boring.
• I still can't see any sense at ribbons.
They only give XP and that's it. It would be cool if ribbons were like BF4 were besides giving XP we could collect them to get medals.
As far as I see this new update doesn't feature anything worthwhile.
You said you listened but nobody asked silly stuff like Mackay bundle, it does not cover the claims and the great missings that BF2042 have. Shame.
