Try to disable crossplay - that is a first thing to try ! This alone helps a lot. And yes - harder to get into servers and you have more bots in - but this huge delay - this not hitting where you shoot makes game unplayable.
Disable crossplay makes game playable - but 128 player maps is hard - you get constant spotted. I have mixed experience with the breakaway map - some times I manage to get 10-10 k/d other times I'm crazy lucky (must be) and get 20-5 - but I hit what I shoot at - no delay. Problem is that everyone know where I'm at all the time = spotted constant - but that is same thing for all players in the game - soflam, rangers, sentry guns - soldier spot and what else - no such thing as stealth and sneaking up on someone !
The ping limit thing is still a problem - fear that dice think we can have 300 ms players and 20 ms players on same server !
