While I think 2042 is a bad BF-game, the anticheat at least worked pretty fine.
But not anymore, just experienced my first "rage-hacker" in 2042. Someone going 77-0, in just a few minutes on Redacted (then I quit the game).
EAC seemed to work better than what we got now. It allowed things like RTSS and I have never seen a blatant one-shot-cheater while the game used EAC.
Yesterday I had two with less than 1 hour game play on the board according to battle tracker.
72-9 and 108-23 that was just half way into the match every match after that was the same if not both breaking 100 + kills
Looking at those stats you wouldn't think much but the h/s count was quite high, idk what they were saying in the chat because it wasnt English but pretty sure they were trolling us on the oceanic server, this was on the CQ 24/7 redacted map.
New norm is people just quit the game at the first hint of any game enhancements and go into another match.
EA prob needs to ban the IP not just the email address because they come back the very next day with a variation of the gamer name.
Last night, stumbled upon an obvious cheater.. oh dear.
