There are no concrete rules on season passes, anything goes.
Just like how AC: Valahala did not include the latest major expansion/DLC in its season pass.

So who is buying a new Battle Pass with 1 new map and Specialist per season?

@Adamonic
The people who will subjectively evaluate it to be worth buying as usual.
I will need some numbers before I can decide.One would need to do the math about what they get with the BP vs what they do not get.
As the poster bellow me said, the good stuff is generally not part of the battle pass but separate purchases
- RMEChief4 years agoLegend@UP_Hawxxeye absolutely, and I don't blame people one way or the other. It's their money.

Seriously doubt i'd pay for another trinket pass, full of basic cosmetics and soldier skins, while all the good stuff is locked behind the pay wall ingame store!
Also very skeptical about what content will be post season 4, they know this game is on the cliff of abandoment so will say anything imo to cling to the playerbase!
- RMEChief4 years agoLegend@JediMastaWyn based on the initial seasonal content, it was believed that the original Season 1 was broken into 4 seasons, which would make sense based on how small each season was. If not into 4, definitely broken in half. So there is a good chance that there is content already developed that just needs to be updated (ie maps) to meet the new standard.
My problem is, regardless of how it plays out, performance, and the lack of a Server Browser and squad management tools are the biggest detractors for me. Once you get to a certain number of maps and weapons, does one more really matter?
