New content that will come after Season 4, YEAR 2 PASS

After the recent, of course, positive news regarding the continued support of the game, one thing is interesting to me. Nothing is mentioned about Year 2 battlepass. So owners of the Ultimate edition...

@JediMastaWyn based on the initial seasonal content, it was believed that the original Season 1 was broken into 4 seasons, which would make sense based on how small each season was. If not into 4, definitely broken in half. So there is a good chance that there is content already developed that just needs to be updated (ie maps) to meet the new standard.

My problem is, regardless of how it plays out, performance, and the lack of a Server Browser and squad management tools are the biggest detractors for me. Once you get to a certain number of maps and weapons, does one more really matter?

@AdamonicFor me the driving force in playing 2042 is that most of my platoon plays it. Otherwise things might had been very different

    @UP_Hawxxeye just think if you had actual Platoon/Clan functionality and legacy Squad Management tools? Those little things can completely change how you interact and play the game.

        i missed the year 2 pass. can someone point me to where they said there will be a year 2 pass? they just said they "are in pre production on content that will arrive after season 4".  they never said anything about year 2 pass in the video.  new content could just be skins or reworked maps.

        they said the end of season 2 marks the end of year 1.  nothing about a year 2 pass

      Just because they said they are supposedly working on content for after S4 doesn't mean they will deliver.  They could choose not to.  Will have to wait and see though.
