New players and vehicles

Can dice makes something like level req for wildcats and some helis, also to play `128 instead of 64.Im asking this and for opinion, beacuse we all know (especially air guys) how suck is to get fresh new account wildcat , that didnt play the game before and being something like afk whole game.Same thing for 128 instead of 64.Map is much larger and way harder to play matter infact of 64.
