@PremiumDamianBest indication we have seen is "60fps+" here:

Also, seeing as the recent Battlefield games received an FPS Boost on Xbox Series X / S, I think there is a good chance you will see 120fps with 1080p gaming in Battlefield 2042.

120 FPS at HD resolution is probably the best we can hope for, though the next gen consoles all could give us brilliant 4k resolution at same 120 framerate.
Personally think even just 60 FPS would be preferred if we on the other hand could get the full 4k image.
But EA probably run this cheap, as it would demand higher graded servers to support such improved standards.
