BFV had the auto lean feature and also key binds for manual leaning which were extremely handy so why does BF2042 not have it?
BFV also had scope zeroing as specializiations to bolt action rifles to 75m/150m/300m, this is also missing from BF2042?
Why does a newer game have less features?
@claudiu111Then you don't know how to use it, you can very effectively use lean while walking to breach door ways, it's very much a CQB tactic as well. I play a lot of Squad and everyone leans while advancing during CQB.
Anyway, whether people like it or not it's a core feature that has vanished with no explanation. If there was uproar about it and the community didn't want it then it would have been all over the forums and DICE would have given a reason for removing it, like they do with other features that have been removed because they are not wanted. The entire point is that there has been zero communication so we didn't know that a LOT of things would be missing on launch and we still have no idea if any of them are coming back.
If they didn't have to implement everything then fine, just be honest about and give us list of things that are not finished but are coming at some point, it's not rocket science.
