No Noticeable Bullet Drops in BF2042

I just Started playing 2042, I loved battlefield games over COD because of the bullet ballistics. I had so many issues just opening the game from steam that made me write a review earlier. But now, with the base weapon in the recon class, i have noticed no noticeable bullet drop, no leading to be an issue, and every time I'm faced against an AR from more than a few hundred yards, I'm *. Sure, maybe this is a skill issue, but when i come directly from a previous game, and the bullet mechanics are clearly more thought out and realistic, or defined. (whatever words you want to use) I feel like this game company  just blatantly chose not to give a *. 2 points to prove my opinion, 1 its EA. (easy debate to make) 2, the tutorial for this game is a * video on their website. EA gave up on this game just like every other franchise they have had in recent years.

  • Looks plenty to me.

The zoom in every image is different. They are 10x, 12x and 20x, but that doesn't matter very much since those are relative to the FOV which I don't care to look at again.

Some BF4 drop for comparison, from close to 250m, soldiers are roughly (slightly bigger than) 1 window. 2 M98B shots to show that the building being at an angle doesn't really matter.

A shame the BF4 suppressors were garbage, I'm happy with how actually meaningful subsonic ammo and suppressors are in 2042, but hey, I guess the game has no customization and instead there should've been 10 grips and barrels that do nothing.
