No Pre Order and Gold edition stuff in PS5

Hello, i made i pre order 2042 Gold Edition in PS5, but i did not get all the stuff from Pre order and Gold Content no Irish , no Skins, no Blistered Earth Bundle, no Tempest Bundle, no Cold Blood Bundle. I play more then 6 hours , reload the game, still nothing, can u help me pls
