No way to remove badges from Player Card and remove Plus System slots

so I found two things that I think either developer oversights or I'm not good at navigating the UI. First is I can't remove Plus System slots back to how it was at start. It's not set the attachmen...

I assume that removing all but one magazine type from the plus system would allocate the entire ammo pool to that magazine. I would love to be able to do that.
