Norrland Gun Charm - Mysterious Radios visits not registering

I got all the radios from both stranded and kaleidoscope have the player backgrounds for both but ut won't let me advance to orbital at first I thought it was a glitch with the server so been at it for most of season 3... and nothing I try it every match I end up in orbital go to the radio on A1 and I can't interact with it
