@Darqul This is my guess. The AWS servers have a set rotation. At the end of a match, instead of going to the next map in the rotation, it moves certain people to a new server and the rotation starts again. You get stuck in a loop of moving servers where you may play a couple of rounds but once you pop into a new server you’re starting the same map again. Too bad we lack the technology to be able to choose what maps we want and what servers we want. Maybe someday when we get flying cars and house robot butlers….
- kregora3 years agoSeasoned Ace@ATFGunr I don't believe that the AWS servers run a map rotation. I believe that the matchmaking spawns a server configured for a single map and destroys it afterwards. The Matchmaking process just puts you in the next server available for you skill level.

I’d like to play a round or two every now and then, but I can’t be bothered to sit and try matchmaking, then quit if it’s a map I don’t want to play, then do matchmaking again, quit, try again, quit, try again….. So I don’t play at all.

I would say you and many others feel that way, hence the low player count. ☹️
