Not able to buy battlefield coins

Hello. I just want to buy premium, but clicking to buy bf coins does not work. I hear the click ,but nothing happens. If i disable ea in-game overlay there is a red warning message bottom right corne...

    if your game is from steam,you have to open the in-game steam windows on 2042  setting in game. or you can just buy coins on ea , its can without buy a 2042 on EA

Nope. Nothing opens after i click it and alt tab. It's been like this for a long time for me so that's why I finally made this post. And yes off i have app in-game overlay enabled.

And how exactly do you own the game, is this via the EA app, Steam, or Epic?
