NTW-50 is too strong against some vehicles

NTW-50 Anti Materiel High Power ammo is too powerful and easy, especially against EBLC-Ram and helicopters. The bad point is that vehicles can barely deal with it. When a vehicle driver finds a few NTW-50 players, it's basically too late. It ignores the skills of vehicle drivers.

The bullet speed need to be decreased substantially. I think it should be about 250 m/s, which is 2x the speed of Recoilless.

(I think the bullet speed of NTW-50 Anti Materiel ammo should be decreased, too.)

I think the Body Shot range (one shot kill) could be longer if the bullet speed is slower.

When you use NTW against ground vehicles, you should keep distance and use cover. It has longer range than vehicles.

Some players said that they rarely see players using NTW for anti-vehicle, but being unpopular doesn't necessarily mean it should be buffed. NTW is not a usual gun. It has the same kind of problem as Rorsch because vehicles can't kill NTW snipers. The range of NTW is shorter than Rorsch but longer than vehicles.
