NTW-50 needs adjusting

This will be short and to the point. The NTW-50 sniper is way too powerful against tanks and it just feels super cheap to die against a sniper across the map. Theres so many ways to destroy armor and the last thing we should be worrying about in a tank is a sniper camped out in a bush 500 yards away. Please reduce the damage the NTW-50 does against tanks
