Oceanic Cheaters

Will anything ever be done about the cheaters that are prolific in oceanic? Every time there is a new season i try and come back to this game to see if its any better and while the actual base game has improved, in oceanic where there is only ever 1-2 CQ and Breakthrough servers going because of the smaller playerbase there are at least 2 people that have been blatantly hacking since release. They never seem to be banned despite being reported by half the server every match.

The anticheat and reporting has always been poor in battlefield but at least the the past we had community servers and a server browser so we could ban these guys on our own.
