One No-Pat's BF Troubles

Let's start by saying that I have been a fan of BF since BF 1942, have enjoyed all the games up to and including this one, and truly do think that there is a good game in 2042.

That being said, more than 75% of the matches I load into, I am bugged and cannot edit my loadout or spawn into the match. No amount of waiting or messing with squads or teams fixes this. I have to leave and re-queue in order to fix it.

This problem gets EXPONENTIALLY worse when trying to play with my friend. If I am not bugged, he is, and when we DO finally get a match it seems that we are getting put in with 20 tickets left. The game doesn't just roll you into the next match, it kicks you back to the main menu to queue up again.

When we do manage to both get into a game, we are plagued by extreme FPS drops and freezing issues (we play on Series X).

We would like to level up the LVAT4, but can't use it since Hovercrafts are so OP and don't take damage from LVATS, while LVATS get shredded in seconds by the Hovercraft. That doesn't even mention the fact that you can get physically shot out of an LVAT but not a hovercraft.

If we do manage to have a game where we don't run into too many of the aforementioned issues, then the game will sometimes crash. Or, better yet, it will shut off our systems entirely.

If one of us crashes, no big deal, just join back in right? Wrong. The "join game" feature doesn't work. It loads to a black screen and then kicks you back to the main menu with a message saying that the party leader selects the playlist. Or, on the off chance that it DOES work, you load in bugged and have to leave anyways.

There's even more issues than these, but this covers the main gripes for myself and my friend. I sincerely hope that Dice/EA take our feedback seriously and that the game sees improvement in the near future. Looking forward to any news they provide.
