Only 22 Guns?
With the leak going around, it seems Battlefield 2042 only has 22 guns. This can't be right, can it?

Let's say it does only launch with that many guns. There will be updates and content will be added to the game eventually. Most Assault Rifles feel relatively similar anyways. Most people will stick to whatever the meta is. I'll agree, It's definitely nice to be able to mix it up after a while though.

Now it's true that Battlefield 2042 hasn't released, so a day-1 patch could add more, I still think it's unlikely.
I'm not seeing the big deal with the number since I'm sure there will be weapons added with content release or via some sort of progression type system.
For example, why do we need 5 variations of a particular AR at launch when the new P system allows you the player to create those variants if you so choose to? Why have so many weapons that are so similar in nature that most people wont use them just so there is a certain amount of weapons at launch, I don't get it.
