@Popa2caps Other then dramatics what was he wrong about? Nothing he said was inaccurate.. this is the laziest designed Battlefield game since hardline.
I might have confused you in my earlier posts, my bad. I don't think it's wrong and/ or right. I think everyone has the right to their own opinions, but I was just sharing that I don't agree with Angry Joe in this case.
Sure there are some topics talked about where DICE could have done better, but that's about it. I still think Battlefield 2042 is better than Battlefield 5, so that's a good start, but again just my opinion.
I really do think Battlefield 2042 can be fixed if EA DICE are devoted to it. I made the mistake on the Battlefield 4 release to say it could never be fixed, not doing that mistake again, or is this the mistake saying Battlefield 2042 can be fixed LOL

This is like buying a new car, you look at looks gorgeous from the out side. You get in and try to start it. It sputters and dies a few time but finally get the engine running. Then you try to adjust the mirrors but find they cant be adjusted. You go to turn on the radio to find it only plays on station a screaching violin. But hey maybe it drives well.. you move it to drive hit the gas and it doesn't move. Confused you get out the car look under it and see there is no transmission. Instead there is a note " we may or may not add a transmission in the next few months to a year thank you for your purchase"
When you compare the other BF games they had more maps, guns, game modes the 2042. Map destruction was better in BF 3/4/5. Movement was way better in 5. Go prone in BF 5 and just look at the animations and movement then go look at bf2042.. its ridiculously bad in 2042.
Just remember they abandon BF5 for this to have an extra year, they claimed they were ahead in development. The main team wasnt working on portal that was Dice LA. So in 3 years this shallow shell of a Battlefield game is what we got.. less maps, guns, bad map design if you think they are good go play orbital on break through and try to take B sector. Not saying they dont look pretty just flow poorly.
This game is shell of what other Battlefield games are. Not sure how new you are to the battlefield franchise. This is by far the worst designed battlefield game out side of hardline and I dont even consider hardline a battlefield game. I've been play battlefield games since BF 1942. I have 79 hours played in 2042 so far this has been terrible. For reference I have 1144 hours into BF5.
