Just open up Portal and let people play the game they paid for exactly how they want to.Add servers for specific tough game modes if people want to play hard core etc, but let everyone else do what they want to be able to have fun, unless it's against some EA or DICE rules.But at this stage of the game's little bit of life that's left, then for petes sake just do it.Oh, and for the love of god, get rid of all and any restrictions for XP now too, it's completely pointless to keep doing this restricted XP thing after all this time.The AI have got much better, so it's not such an easy ride now, but either way, lift the XP restrictions.

I really don't see any reason this cannot be implemented, what would it hurt to open the game now.

So people can host up selective maps as Redacted-only for example .. with FULL XP gains ..If one server setting is different compared to official settings, no FULL XP granted, as easy as that !!I am SICK of being queued up into same UNWANTED maps ..Cancelling the matchmaker more than a dozen times IN A ROW, as the matchmaker always wants me to put into maps no one wants to play .. !!

I doubt they ever do it. They already have our money. They will lose more than they gain if Portal servers get popular because they pay Amazon based on usage. So unless you are buying skins before you start a Portal server, they are losing money.

Well, right now people still host servers to do their up to 12 master unlocks solo etc. I think if DICE wants us to use portal less, they do not help with how their mastery works
