Did Paik really need a buff?
Like did a character with freaking wall hacks really needed to be stronger?
I know you really want Jimmy 11 year old on xbox to have a positive KD but this isn't the way to do it you are driving people away
Playing breakthrough is a non-stop POSITION REVEALED spam fest now that there's no drawbacks to activating her wall hacks

Probably because hardly anyone was picking her.
If your location is also being revealed to the enemy you've just spotted it stands to reason that it will demotivate players picking her.
But now i see her all the time in my squad screen so maybe its a bit too good now!
Personally I find the trait useful in seeing where enemies are but because they often start moving as soon as they become aware Paik has spotted them it's not that easy to then kill them.
Plus if you spot multiple enemies and they are all moving it just overwhelms the senses and you end up dying anyway.
Her self spoting was counterproductive.
She needs a full revamp instead of a demerit that kills her merit.
For example here wallhack could be swapped for an infared vision limited to X meters

If she loses her wall hacks ability sure
Otherwise she needs to have a drawback
Sundance is vulnerable when flying
Mackay is vulnerable when using his grappling hook
Why would paik with an ability that is arguably stronger just be given a free pass?
She was fine the way she was, now with smoke she is unstoppable. At least when she pinged on map we had an idea where she might be. Now when i get the alert that i been located Im just cowering in the fetus position, knowing Im about to get killed from who knows where.
They need to change it back. Wallhack is already an OP ability even before the update. The map ping trade off needs to come back.
Just another reason why Specialists are just the worst, everything gets so unbalanced with stupid abilities

She’s fine as she is so for the love of god no more nerfs…..just because she killed you a few times dosent make her overpowered!
