PAIK should be switched to support class

@ElliotLH Very true but the issue Paik has is the lack of synergy between her short range scanner and her long range sniper rifle proficiency. I personally think she belongs in the assault class.
@I_DYN4MO_I I'd agree with that as she doesn't fit the proficiency very well. Think there might be a few other specialists who are like that. Then again, I guess that's an unfortunate byproduct of Dice shoehorning classes into the game.
