Parachute, input delays, and the overall feel of the game

@RaginSamYou sound like me bitching to my party earlier today, I was having the exact same issues. The input is especially bad, R for reload? Nah you didn’t mean to push R 5 times trying to reload, you’re crazy.

I’m constantly spamming reload and tactical sprint, usually only takes 3-4 times! Lol
